A ‘Day in the Life’ of RYANAIR Cabin Crew
With Ryanair operating a 5/2 - 5/3 roster pattern, cabin crew work a schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off duty, followed by 5 days on and 3 days off, on a rotation of early and late shifts.
There are NO planned overnights, as Ryanair always expects to have cabin crew back at their base every night ‘On-Time.’
Since Ryanair is renowned as the most punctual ‘ON-TIME’ airline in Europe, crew members can plan their personal schedules and days off well in advance.
Generous travel benefits are offered to all cabin crew as soon as they start work. So, if you fancy breakfast in London or dinner in Rome on a day off, you can!!
Each cabin crew member has 20 days holiday per year, so they can fully enjoy their travel benefits all over Europe.
