The job will be working for Crewlink as cabin crew for Ryanair on board their Boeing 737 800 series. Ryanair are Europe's largest low-fares airline with over 232 aircraft, 42 European bases and over 66 million passengers last year. Ryanair cabin crew are crucial to the success of the airline and consequently are trained to the highest standards.


To become cabin crew the first step is to register your cv. From here our recruitment team will send you an invite to an open day which takes place throughout Europe each month. A presentation is given followed by interviews. If you are successful a Ryanair Training Course is offered for you to train as cabin crew (the least expensive of the Ryanair training courses for cabin crew with no hidden charges and no surprises). Once you have passed your six week training course you will be placed at one of the 42 bases* that Ryanair operate from throughout Europe on a three year contract working as cabin crew.


As a member of the team you will work on a shift basis. The roster is generally 5 days on, 3 days off followed by 5 days on, 2 days off, they rotate between early shifts (approx 06:00 to 16:00) and late shift (approx 16:00 to 23:00). There are no planned overnight stays.


Once you have successfully passed all aspects of your training course you will be offered a 3 year contract with Crewlink to work as cabin crew for Ryanair. There is a twelve month probationary period, however should you meet the performance criteria required by Ryanair during that year, it is probable that you will be offered a Ryanair contract.


Once you start working, there is a NEW JOINERS ALLOWANCE payable during your 1st 6 months, you will receive €300 in month 1, €300 in month 2, €600 in month 6, thats a total of €1200


*Note: Although we will make best efforts to place you at the base of your choice we cannot guarantee any base, it is a requirement that crew are flexible and prepared to operate from any of the Ryanair bases.
