About Crewlink
Ryanair are Europe's largest low-fares airline with over 202 aircraft, 36 European bases and carried 63 million passengers in 2009. Ryanair have ordered 111 more Boeing 737-800 jets and require friendly enthusiastic and safety conscious Cabin Crew for all our bases.

Ryanair work with a number of Contract Cabin Crew agencies and training organisations throughout Europe, such as Crewlink, to offer the right candidates a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in aviation. All candidates who successfully complete the training course will be offered positions in the employment of Crewlink. Crewlink have a three year contract to supply cabin crew to Ryanair, on a sub-contract basis, for placement at one of Ryanair's 36 exciting bases.

All successful candidates will be employed by Crewlink and on a day-to-day basis fly on Ryanair aircraft, wearing the Ryanair uniform and following Ryanair rules, regulations and procedures.



Requirements:

  • Experienced in a customer services environment & comfortable in a selling role
  • Physically fit with a good attendance record in your current position
  • Hard working, flexible & willing to operate on a shift roster
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Between 5'2 (1.57m) and 6'2 (1.85), with weight in proportion to height
  • Of normal vision (contact lenses acceptable)
  • Able to swim well
  • In possession of a valid EU passport (Identity Card is not sufficient)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ideally possessing knowledge of a second European language
  • Prepared to live within one hour's travelling time of any Ryanair base
  • Prepared to work unsociable hours, any day of the year, at any time including weekends
  • Ready to meet the challenge of dealing with people and demanding situations
  • Friendly and outgoing with a lively personality
  • Flexible to work at any Base within the Ryanair network

Crewlink are currently recruiting cabin crew for all of Ryanair's European bases. Successful candidates must be flexible regarding base allocation and will be informed of their base during the first two weeks of the training course.

Cost of Training:

The cost of the Crewlink training course is €2350 in total with a €550 deposit (to be paid within 7-10 days of a successful interview) and remainder paid by monthly salary deduction until full course is paid.
